Iron Mountain House is a design for a contemporary residence on a 300-acre working farm in northwestern Connecticut. The gardens around the home make a invisible connection with the surrounding landscape.

Corten steel raised beds in the garden connects with the different levels in the landscape partly due to the granite ledges.

The sleek granite walls contrast beautifully with the natural granite rocks in the area.

A wonderful view from the home on the meadow with native plants, no cultivated garden can be compared with this.
