Botanical Garden in Atocha Station , Madrid.

The Atocha Train-station in Madrid,Spain is probably one of the greenest in the world. Since 1992 the station-building is the host for this botanical Garden and Turtle-Sanctuary. Passengers can wait for their next train on one of the many benches under the palm-trees and next to the turtle-pond. Over 7000 plants ( 260 varieties)live inside the station and many of them are palm trees.  Original article in Inhabitat.
